The second act of the Devils Tower adventure trilogy takes the heroes from the City o' Gloom to the City of Lost Angels. There they're tasked with breaking into the Rock, the impervious island prison of Ezekiah Grimme, to retrieve a mysterious prisoner who holds the key to the legendary Heart of Darkness.
