The Unspeakable Oath magazine was designed for fans of Chaosium's Call of Cthulhu horror role-playing game based on the writings of H. P. Lovecraft. This issue features include a new opinion column, a lengthy article on live-action Call of Cthulhu, the number 13, a report on the NecronomiCon convention, and our excellent Tales of Terror and Mysterious Manuscripts. Two scenarios are offered: in “Mirror, Mirror” new investigators get to look into an old disappearance; “Hands of the Living God” is for a single 1990s investigator, who gets tangled up with the mysterious Yellow Sign.
