The Eye of Wicked Sight: a 1990s Campaign for Call of Cthulhu The Graham Westlake Foundation sponsors the International Symposium on Unexplained Phenomena. This year the fortieth annual symposium takes place in the Pacific island nation of Tonga. The investigators are among the attendees.
